.... THE DTF EXPERTS
About X-tec Systems
Berthold Rademacher and Dieter Rath, two long-standing experts in digital textile printing, founded the company X-tec Systems based in Kaarst in April 2022. They want to focus their activities on the future technology DTF. The business premises are located in the Deratex GmbH building, with the main aim being to exploit the synergy effects with the printing systems, clothing and finished products.
"DTF is the technology of the future in textile finishing. We want to pool our know-how and incorporate it into our systems," say the two company founders Berthold Rademacher and Dieter Rath, two well-known industry experts. Rademacher has held senior positions in IT and marketing at Brother Industriemaschinen since 1986. In 2005, he moved to product management, sales and service for the DTG division at Brother and finally to Brother sales partner Walz Solutions (formerly Walz GmbH). Dieter Rath has been active in the textile trade and finishing sector as managing director of Deratex GmbH in Kaarst since 1989. As a user of digital printing technologies, he is particularly familiar with the needs of printing companies.
The current trend of Direct to Foil (DTF for short) prompted the two long-term business partners to found X-tec Systems GmbH in order to promote DTF printing in a professional manner. In addition to their own X-tec system solutions, Rademacher and Rath want to support customers with intensive service, training and advice.
The company X-tec Systems from Kaarst offers a wide range of DTF solutions, as well as consumables such as foils and inks, transfer presses and much more for textile finishing.
Now X-tec is expanding its dealer network for the European market.
Managing directors Bert Rademacher and Dieter Rath of X-Tec Systems were able to win the screen printing specialist Schlee as their sales partner for southern and eastern Germany, Austria and Croatia. With three locations in Fürth, in Vierkirchen north of Munich and in Mitwitz in Upper Franconia and a large service and technical team, Schlee covers the sales area in the southern German, eastern German and Austrian federal states as well as in Croatia.
The new partner for Northern Germany is Crossline Office Solutions GmbH, based in Norderstedt. Crossline is expanding its range of office communication, document processing, copiers, printers, scanners, large format printers, plotters and more to include DTF as a new textile printing solution.
The Bulgarian sales area is managed by Brother M&M OOD in Sofia. Brother Miklós Kft., based in Budapest, also operates in Hungary and Austria.
